At Lily Pad, programs for infants through three-year-olds are rooted in the Little Goose/Mother Goose Curriculum, blending research-based learning with play to support all areas of early development—social-emotional, physical, language, literacy, math, science, creative play, and even second language acquisition. Infants follow individualized feeding and nap routines, while toddlers gradually shift into more structured schedules. Monthly themes introduce colors, letters, numbers, and shapes through engaging activities such as music, movement, art, stories, and learning centers. Children also enjoy free play, group meetings, and occasional visits from special guests. Daily reports keep parents informed about their child’s experiences, and the Conscious Discipline approach—founded by Dr. Becky Bailey—fosters emotional growth through kindness, respect, and self-regulation.
